Ex Libris™ user groups around the world play an important role in determining the future of the Company's products. Ex Libris fully supports these groups and allocates development resources for specific user-nominated enhancements.
IGeLU The International Group of Ex Libris Users is an independent, user-initiated organization managed by an elected committee of users. Jiri Kende, of the Free University Berlin, is the current Chair of the organization.
A three-day IGeLU meeting is held annually. Intensive discussions and presentations focus on all aspects of support, upcoming releases, and future development plans.
